What is Mana?
Mana is a macOS menu-bar app that shows your AI usage limits as color-coded rings — Codex, Claude, Gemini, Antigravity, Cursor, and Grok — side by side, at a glance.
What does Mana support?
Mana supports Codex, Claude, Gemini, Antigravity, Cursor, and Grok — it reads the tools you've already signed into on your Mac and shows each one's limit and reset time as a menu-bar ring. For Claude it also tracks the Fable weekly limit and your extra-usage credit budget; for Codex, your Extra Credits and Reset Bank. Claude's extra-usage credits and Codex's Reset Bank aren't shown anywhere on the vendors' own sites — Mana is where you can see them.
Is Mana free?
Yes — free forever for one live quota ring, with no account or sign-up. Multi Rings is an optional one-time upgrade that unlocks all your rings at once; the free ring stays free.
Is Multi Rings a subscription, and do updates cost extra?
No to both. Multi Rings is a one-time purchase — pay once, with no recurring fees and no account. Updates are free for everyone while Mana is supported.
Do I need the vendor tools installed and signed in?
Yes, though not a Mana account. Mana reads the local sign-in each vendor's own tool stores — its CLI, and for several the desktop app or IDE extension too. A vendor you only use on its website isn't detected.
How can I trust Mana not to steal my credentials?
You don't have to take our word for it. Mana enforces a deny-by-default allowlist — your credentials only ever reach each vendor's official API, never Mana or Silent Spell. Every host is published with firewall rules so you can verify it. See Network Transparency.
Does checking my quota use up my quota?
No — checking never spends your quota. Mana only reads each vendor's usage numbers; it never sends a prompt or runs a model.
Do you sell or track my data?
No. Mana shows no ads, runs no tracking or analytics, and never sells your data.
