Refund Policy
Mana is operated by Silent Spell, the trading name of an independent software developer based in California, USA. Contact: support@silent-spell.com.
Multi Rings
Multi Rings is a one-time purchase for Mana. It is not a subscription, hosted service, service-level commitment, support plan, or guarantee that any feature, update, vendor integration, or third-party service will remain available.
No refunds
All Multi Rings purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where the checkout flow obtains your express request to begin immediate delivery together with your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, that right is lost; otherwise it continues to apply. Consumers in some other jurisdictions (for example, Australia) may have similar guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record for payment and tax purposes and may independently process refunds, chargebacks, or reversals under its own policies and applicable law. For payment, billing, or statutory-refund matters you may need to contact Gumroad as well as, or instead of, Silent Spell; we will help direct you.
Technical help
If your license does not activate or Mana cannot show a supported vendor you have already set up locally, contact support@silent-spell.com with your purchase email and order information. We can help troubleshoot activation and setup issues, but this does not change the no-refund policy.
Before buying
If a vendor is missing, first make sure the vendor's local CLI or app is installed and signed in on the same Mac. Mana can only show quota data for supported vendors that already have local auth state available.
